I’m Raisa. I love creating living spaces that are beautiful, functional and trendy that also reflect my client’s personality. I moved to the beautiful Florida Keys in 1999 and I have been a resident of Marathon since then. Although my small island is somewhat remote, I know exactly where to go for resources for everything related to your home. I truly believe my skills and artistic abilities will help you enhance your space and the quality of your life in the space.My experience, creativity and technical expertise are the elements that help me ensure constant project success and client satisfaction. I pride myself in having great work ethics, outstanding professional attitude as well as a trained eye for perfection and high standards while ensuring the introduction of innovative ideas to all projects. Meeting new people and producing lasting client relationships is what I find most rewarding about my career.
When I’m not designing, I’m most likely attempting to reach my first born in college (Go Gators!), playing in the ocean with my daring and adventurous second child, or trying to finish an ambitious DIY home project with my talented husband while brainstorming ideas for our next vacation.

A graduate from the School of Architecture and Interior Design at The University of Oklahoma (Class of 1995), Raisa has over 20 years of experience in Residential, Commercial and Hospitality Design. She is also an NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) Certified Interior Designer licensed in the State of Florida. Her expertise is focused on the management and coordination of custom high-end residential interiors along with large remodeling home projects.
Raisa has ample space planning capabilities and strong understanding of architectural documents and building codes. Her talent and diversification, together with an eye for detail and attentive personal service, makes her an asset if you are considering doing any remodeling, upgrading, or re-designing of your property.
Born and raised in Venezuela. Raisa is also fully fluent in English and Spanish. She is also passionate about Island homes, coastal design and island lifestyles.
